Our VoiceSmart and Sugar integration module allows integration of the VoiceSmart Business Phone System and Sugar CRM system, offering click-to-dial and Windows pop-up features.
The click-to-dial function allows users of Sugar CRM to make outbound calls from within Sugar CRM Account, Contact or Lead modules by simply clicking on a button of the webpage. When an incoming call arrives, the relevant Contact page associated with the incoming call number will open. In the event multiple contacts sharing the same incoming telephone number, the associated Account page will open instead. An empty Account page can be opened automatically if the telephone number of the incoming call does not match any number of an existing contact or account in the Sugar CRM contact management solution.
These features are especially useful in a call centre or support centre environment where a large volume of incoming calls are received or outbound calls are made. When a call arrives from an existing customer, support staff can immediately greet customers by their names with no need to spend time asking and searching for client’s information. Making outbound calls is as easy as a click away. Callers will no longer dial wrong numbers, thus saving both time and money.
