Eupac provides a range of ancillary services for our customers, especially for our business telephone system customers.

• VoIP Telephony/SIP Trunking Services: VoIP telephony services allow users of IP telephony systems to make and receive external calls to and from the PSTN network via the Internet. Call rates for VoIP telephony are generally much cheaper than those offered by traditional telephone carriers, especially in the case of international calls. Our SIP trunk services provide you with multiple IP telephony lines over a single high speed Internet connection. With savings of over 60% on existing line rental charges compared to traditional ISDN lines, Eupac SIP Trunk services are ideal whether you are looking for line replacement or additional capacity or disaster recovery implementation.
• Internet Broadband Services: Eupac works closely with business grade Internet broadband service providers to provide our customers with suitable Internet phone services for their VoIP or CRM requirements.
• BT Line installation: Eupac can advise and coordinate provisioning of all necessary BT lines, whether your requirement is for analogue, ISDN2/30, or adsl/sdsl internet services, we can help you understand BT’s extensive packages and pricing structure!
• LCR/CPS – Least Cost Routing: Eupac can advise and coordinate provisioning of LCR / CPS. If you are NOT in an annual minimum call spending agreement with BT, significant savings can be made by applying LCR/CPS to your BT lines for routing calls through an alternative carrier – please contact for further details.
