Eupac offers a range of services to our customers:
- Sales and Technical Training Programmes: Eupac offers a variety of commercial and technical training programmes.
- Consulting Services: We can help you determine your project scope and requirements and assist in designing and planning in your Telephone or CRM projects. The tasks and process to migrating to a new telephone or CRM system can be daunting and confusing at times if you work all alone. Our experienced telecom advisors and CRM consultants can guide you through the process and take on many tasks for you whenever so required.
- Implementation Services: We provide installation and configuration services for your systems. For Sugar CRM users, we also provide a range of other implementation services, including data migration, data importing, and customisation.
- Customisation/Development Services: For Sugar CRM, we can provide customisations and build new modules for your organisation. We have also developed several integration modules to integrate VoiceSmart business phone systems, Sugar CRM and Skype. It is also possible to develop programmes to integrate VoiceSmart/Sugar CRM with other third party applications.
- After-sales Technical Support: Eupac provides after-sales technical support. We also offer professional support services delivered by our product vendors. You can also enter separate maintenance contracts with us for your on-going maintenance requirements.
