SugarCRM Deployment Options

Eupac offers three options for your Sugar CRM deployment.

SugarCRM On-Demand Solution Hosted by Sugar

All Sugar editions now come with an option for the system to be hosted by SugarCRM with no additional charges.This option is preferred by many companies as it allows them to have their CRM systems up and running quickly without the need to invest in installation/setup services and hardware.

For companies which prefer to have their data on their site, this will not be an ideal option. Additionally, access to SugarCRM programme codes is restricted so you will not be able to make any code level customisation. Nevertheless, the built-in Sugar Studio and Sugar Module Builder are usually more than sufficient for customisation for most Sugar users.

SugarCRM On-Demand Solution Hosted by Eupac

Eupac provides on-demand hosting solution for Sugar CRM within our server infrastructure from our data centre.  We will perform support, maintenance and upgrade to the system.

This option is ideal over the solution hosted by SugarCRM if you need to have access to Sugar programme codes due to your requirements for significant code level customisation. 

This may not be a suitable option if you wish to integrate Sugar CRM software solutions with other third party systems (such as the VoiceSmart phone system) located at your offices protected by firewalls. In this case, we recommend our Sugar On-premises solution for ideal results.

SugarCRM On-Premises Solution

Eupac can supply, install and configure Sugar CRM on a dedicated server at your dedicated location. This option is suitable for customers who prefer to have their own data stored on their own servers. This option is especially ideal if you wish to integrate Sugar CRM software with your internet telephony system.
