RMA Procedure

Occasionally, some items may be defective or develop a fault. Please follow the steps outlined below if you find any faulty products that you would like to return to us:

  • Please ensure that the warranty period of the faulty goods is still valid;
  • Follow the link below and complete all parts of the RMA Request Form;

  • Email or Fax the form back to us at logistics@eupac.co.uk or Fax No. 0207 681 2719;
  • An RMA number will be issued to you by email upon receipt of the completed form;
  • Return all goods to: Eupac Ltd
  • Unit 5, #27 Ackmar Road
    London, SW6 4UR
     

  • All goods returned should be clearly labeled with the RMA number;
  • Please ensure that the goods are properly packed for transit;
  • All RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Please return the items within 30 days;
  • You are advised to use registered mail or courier to allow easy tracking of your returned items.
  • Upon receipt of your returned items, we will arrange for the goods to be repaired or in case the goods irreparable, replaced with new ones. Eupac terms and conditions shall apply.
