VoiceSmart IP PBX allows remote users to be connected to their VoiceSmart phone system in the office via the Internet with no loss of functionality. Remote users’ calling status can be viewed by all users across the VoiceSmart network.
Using Voicesmart softphones or Voicesmart hardware phones, distant users can transfer, answer, park, or pick up calls and can retrieve voice mails. Using softphones, the remote users can also view the other users’ phone status, view call logs, and send instant or SMS text messages.
